Failed to assemble

The screw holes are too small and the screws are soft so when trying to assemble the table I managed to snap off the screws for one of the legs so I had my leg half tightened have the bottom hanging off the table because I can't screw the leg in or unscrew it and take it off. Also, the pilot holes and mounting faces of the legs aren't all straight, so one of the three legs I put in place is at a pretty sharp angle compared to the others. This resulted in not being able to finish the table and ending up with an unusable partially assembled table until I could find someone to tell me how (and if) to fix it. It's a shame because the table would be really cute if it weren't so easy to mess up the design or if the quality control was a bit more. The little accessory kit that comes with the table is cute and thankfully doesn't require assembly. The backpack is cheap and the tablet is too big for an 18 inch doll. The books have very strange covers and I doubt Gone with the Wind will be included in a children's set. It would be great for a $30 set, but at around $60 it's overpriced.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Piggy bank price
