The dashboard gives us quick overview of all our events that are happening in real time so we can easily look up what's going wrong or where there is an opportunity within each event stream itself. We're able solve incidents with ease by taking advantage from this great tool! Nothing specific yet but I believe it would be interesting when they integrate their product more closely into Salesforce Marketing cloud as well. Analyzing various customer journey maps has helped me get better insight about how customers interact throughout every stage before reaching conversion - which could lead towards new sales opportunities later down the line.
