I like this bag, but there are problems. First of all, the strap appeared to be attached backwards. Instead of the buckle falling forward like it should, it falls almost to the back of the shoulder. But the bag itself is exactly what I wanted, so I'm going to take it to the leather shop and get it fitted properly. However, it makes a claim for "quality control". This leather needs to be treated with a leather conditioner, but otherwise I find the bag satisfactory. I had no problems with the lock.
