Enough space for everything. Inner soft water bottle pocket is insulated to keep you cooler for longer. The backpack doesn't really stretch like I expected so things have to be stacked on top of each other instead, but you can fit quite a lot of things in the backpack so overall it's a good buy. I've also used it as hand luggage and it fits under the airplane seats and holds quite a bit too.
