This is a Halloween costume for my daughter. The quality is extremely good for a costume which is why I gave it 2 stars. However I received this item obviously used and it looks like it had been used many times. All 3 items were in the same plastic bag along with used, dirty, crumpled up paper towels. Also all 3 items and the paper towels were damp and smelled of sweat. Disgusting especially in the middle of a pandemic! The top which has 2 bands of elastic, is totally stretched out and isn’t bright white like a similar costume I purchased. It’s dingy looking. Otherwise the fit is good. I didn’t want to bother going through the return process so I kept it and washed the skirt and top. Luckily the top will be covered up by the corset so that fit doesn’t matter as much. Not impressed with quality control over what items are being sold to the customer for FULL PRICE.
