I hesitated whether to give five or four stars. I understand that very few companies provide a printed user guide, so I agree with the online guide. However, figuring out the features and capabilities of this device is more of a trial and error process. I will admit that when I emailed customer support, they responded very quickly and provided a comprehensive response. However, I did ask for the right direction for online information so I don't have to email customer service with every question. There doesn't seem to be a manual that explains all the pros and cons of this device in detail. As far as accuracy goes, it's damn close. However, you have the option of displaying the vehicle on a map or a satellite image. On the map it shows my car on the same street in several houses south of my location. When you select a satellite image, it's already in my garage, which is very accurate. Installation and activation was very easy. It provides quite a lot of information about your car, including the amount of gas in the tank. Since we have a teenage driver, it's nice to know when she's running out of gas. Because we all know that when she runs out of gas, who's going to grab that can of gas in the middle of the night and bring it to her. One thing I found out after placing an order for this unit and an extension cord, the installation manual specifically states that using an extension cord is NOT recommended. Revain did a great job with the cable return, so no problem. All in all I would recommend this machine and buy it again.
