The bag surprised me! It's very soft and sits well on my shoulder, not too high in the armpit. The only thing this bag could get 5 stars for is that it had an integrated pocket for your phone and another pocket for a small wallet. This is a deep pocket so using a zip slip pocket is definitely useful.
