I have a small collection of audio cassettes from the 1980's. With technology changing so quickly, I wanted to make sure I could convert it to digital audio. This USB audio grabber, especially for the price, connected to my Apple MacBook Pro with no problems. I just used my old Yamaha cassette deck connected to this unit with AudioQuest RCA cables. In Apple Quicktime I used the 'New Audio Recording' option in the toolbar, set up the audio input and burned my old tapes digitally. Sound quality depends on the source, but I was happy with the overall quality of the USB Audio Grabber transmission.
