Great slippers for the little ones!
Seems to fit. I have one with an elastic band and my daughter is 27 months old. And can turn them on and off independently. She hates wearing socks and takes them off as soon as she is inside so we bought her these to wear at home to keep her feet warm. It worked like magic.
