"Dual Display " doesn't seem to mean "Dual External Display "
I bought this dock to connect my 2019 MacBook Pro work laptop to my two monitors at home. No matter what combination of cables I've tried, I can't get both displays to work at the same time. Either my newer monitor, the Dell P2419H, reports that it is not receiving a signal, or my older monitor, the Dell WFP2007 (yes, it's quite old) reports that the signal received is out of range. Having successfully used an old monitor with dock and display that I brought home from work during the pandemic, it may just be too old for this particular dock,
