If you only have 30 minutes for lunch and don't want to waste precious minutes waiting in the break room for the microwave, I highly recommend this. You wonder if it's too small. I'm a very heavy woman who loves her food, and when this thing is full of rice and veggies, it's more than enough. I usually take a few minutes at the end of my lunch break to wash/dry it before packing it back up so it's ready to go that night or the next morning. However, I also threw this in the dishwasher and it worked fine (I can't read Japanese so I don't know if this is recommended). Note: my friend was worried about eating cold rice but if you like sushi don't worry.
