Review on American Lighting 3LC2 16 WH 3 Complete Temperatures by Jonathan Devarapalli

I was looking to replace my old/inefficient halogen lights under the cab with these LED lights. but ran into two problems: 1. When turned off, the headlights gave a sudden + strong flash of light. I contacted support and was told this "may be normal" as all devices do this. A very strange answer - and not at all useful either. I installed three different dimmers and luckily found one that solved the problem.2. The power input for these lamps is at the end of the fixture, but my power supply for the previous fixture was in the middle. Customer service suggested I buy a $30 J-Box extension. That didn't help either due to space limitations. Instead, I eventually found that I could buy a very short [7"] fixture and hook it up to a 16" unit - instead of a "dead space" with no light, I would have continuous lighting. Unfortunately I needed more. than 30 days to find these solutions, so I can't get a refund. If I had received helpful help from customer support, these issues could have been resolved in much less time. There are many options for LED lighting under the cab. Choose another company and you will have a better experience than me!
