good quality scarves and shawls
I would recommend this scarf for cold places. I live in Southern California and look to scarves more as a fashion statement or as protection from the cold in the office than from the weather. It was too bulky for the look I was going for. BUT I would definitely keep it if I lived somewhere cooler or maybe even planning a trip somewhere cooler.
