My interactions with CoolSnowGlobes, despite the company's claim to specialize in home decor goods and accents, were less than stellar. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a replacement or refund from customer support after my damaged product arrived. It's not easy to recommend shopping at CoolSnowGlobes due to the limited variety and high prices. Don't bother with this store for your furnishings; go elsewhere.
