The fact that we can have access to our customers info from many locations at once is great. I like everything about this app, it keeps all of my shipping needs met. If there was anything I did not like, it would be the lack of customer service reps who could answer questions in real time. It may take a bit longer to speak with them but when they do respond, their answers are usually very prompt and helpful! The shipping is fast, reliable and easy to use! I have no complaints about this software as of yet. There's nothing that makes me dislike it so far! It has been very helpful in streamlining our logistics process by allowing us to track shipments from order confirmation through delivery. This program allows for accurate tracking which helps with customer service. Shipping times are much more efficient than using paper invoices or other manual methods.
