Review on ๐Ÿ’ก High/Low Focus LED Headlight Bulb H8/H9/H11 - Error Free All-in-one Super Bright Conversion Kit - CanBus Ready - Halogen Replacement - Fog Light by Ken Arellano

High beam is no brighter than halogen. Better low beam or fog lights. Skeptical about common brand wiring

Firstly they are technically correct that H9 and H11 have the same base size but H9 is usually a higher wattage high beam (65w halogen) and H11 is usually low beam with slightly lower power (halogen 55W). My Nissan Altima uses: High beam H9 H11 Low beam H11 Fog lights This supposedly works for all 3 but it's actually not brighter than high beam, not a big enough improvement. It's an upgrade for the low beam, but on this car it's quite difficult to remove the headlight cover (an hour of workshop work) only to find it doesn't really work as intended, the high beam upgrade. .I will say that the color helps - it's very cool, bluish 6000k, slightly bluer than full spectrum 5000k. But they tend to pick up things on the road that you don't see with the warmer amber halogen headlights, which are likely to cost around $3,000. I have another wiring limitation for imported generic items. I know theoretically (in the lab) that these lamps and fan will probably last 50,000 hours. But what happens when that tiny fan gets clogged with dust and dirt? I really doubt it will last longer (or even as long) as a basic Sylvania lamp. I would love to see studies on the style of consumer reports, I think they are too new for anyone to really know how they will hold up over the long term.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Was damaged
