Review on HP EliteBook 840 Bluetooth Refurbished by Corey Krull
I had to go back and it wasn't easy.
Old computer but worked pretty well with an SSD. The power connector was lost so you had to make sure it stayed on while charging. There was a couple of weeks where it completely crashed and wouldn't boot. I'm a techie and have been for 30 years. When I contacted the seller to return it I had a tough time despite having a 90 day no questions asked return policy. She wanted to call HP while I was on the phone with her and ask ME to speak to tech support. I got a little warm but it's fair and clear that I did NOT want to speak to HP about the updated 4 year old laptop. After 20 minutes here I finally got my RMA. Oh God!
