Works the same as Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

Works well, needs better gauze. I had to modify the top to keep the press from pushing the bars off the mounting rails, but if you're making your own tofu from scratch this works fine. I'm not sure what's better than just wrapping the curd in a cloth and squeezing it out.
