I never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but after my initial order and then replacement, both had sloppy broken issues I thought it would be better if I warn other potential ones buyer. My first shelf has arrived. 1 of the 2 was all crumpled up and then covered in glue and paint to try to cover up the issues. The wood was dented and painted over. It should never have been used or even sold. I gave them when in doubt, sent it back and asked for a replacement. And again I received a damaged product. One of the poles wasn't even connected. One had scratches with missing paint. Out of frustration and having to do my nursery, I fixed what I could on the second set and hung them up instead of going back. I must point out that the packaging of the product has been perfect every time. If you look at the box, you'll never know what kind of junk will be there. The problems clearly lay in the poor craftsmanship and quality control on the part of the company. Save yourself the headache. What a disappointment.
