Review on 💦 WATER BALLOONS BUNCH QUICK REFILL by Christopher Gulledge

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the filling process was. I followed the instructions and filled the baby pool with water so the filled balls would fall into it. Brilliant! After 5 minutes I noticed several empty balloons floating in the air. I wasn't worried because I knew not every balloon would be perfect. After 10 minutes, the number of voids doubled. I have completed 5 out of 8 packages. 30 minutes later I checked the pool again and found MORE empty swimmers. Each green ball lay empty on several balls of different colors. I filled in the remaining 3 bundles because I knew I had already lost too much for our activity to be successful. In the end 1/3 of the 265 balloons were empty/usable. I was hoping to save the last 3 groups for another activity but was forced to only use them for one. 3 stars for inappropriate "damaged" ratio. I will consider other companies for my next water party.
