I like that it allows you more control over your website than other platforms, but also has some limitations (i'm looking at YOU WordPress!).

The support team are very responsive when needed! Nothing in particular - just an overall good product with great customer service from their side too :) Highly recommended if used wisely this software can really help grow any business online!!
