I bought these as a joke to wear with friends to the beach, posing as a member of the "upside down pineapple" crowd, when I am definitely not. We have a lot of inside jokes about that. Anyway, they fit great and are very comfy, but when wet they are a little on the thin side. Nothing is exposed because of the lining, but next time I wear them, I will definitely slip on another layer to help me feel a bit more secure when exiting the water.
