Whilst this is a beautiful watch I was very disappointed that it arrived in working condition and was thrown in a box rather than a woven paper envelope which would indicate they are new. The plastic tab on the watch's handle would also indicate that it was new. Changing batteries is very difficult. A lot of places don't want to change the batteries unless you bought the watch there, and it can cost up to $20 if you can find a place to change the battery. The fact that the watch was already running suggests I have no idea how long it will run and how much longer it will run before the battery dies. Should have come loose and had the plastic tab on it to show it was new. If the manufacturer had to test the watch, they had to turn it off before shipping. The watch looked like it was a return and not a brand new item. Dissatisfied.
