Works great for makeup brushes and tools

I use Elf brand pressed powder and it seems they no longer have puffs in compact powder. I bought round makeup sponges from the pharmacy but they are too smooth so the powder doesn't lay very well on them. They're a bit more porous so the powder sticks to them just enough for me to get better coverage. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but overall they have good powder. Thank you!
