I like how they are always willing to help me with my campaigns, even if it's just for advice or feedback! They're very knowledgeable about all things digital advertising & have great insight into what works best in terms of engagement/reach etc - so we can make informed decisions when planning our next campaign together :) The only thing is maybe you could do more than one project at once? It would be nice as sometimes there isn't enough time between projects (eg during busy periods) but overall this has been really good working alongside them over multiple different accounts / clients.
