Very upset. The rose is beautiful and would 100% fit in a bouquet. I bought it to propose to my boyfriend and that's where the first issue came from. The ring slot is designed for thin straps so I had to carefully cut out some foam to make the ring fit. Once I was done with that, I went to close it. I heard a click and now it won't close. It stays open enough to see what's inside and the top is crooked now. It broke after 10 minutes. I gave two stars because it's really beautiful and realistic. Also, it's basically a waste of money as they want you to do your best to send the product back!
