I sleep on my side and my back hurts a little if I don't put anything between my knees. I thought it might be a little big but it's a great size for a 125lb 5ft 6in woman. I roll over on both sides at night and the strap does a great job of keeping the pillow in place and not tiring. I'm not exactly a princess and a pea but I hate wrinkled clothes or something I've dropped while sleeping, but the strap really doesn't bother me at all. The cover is soft and cozy. I don't usually sleep well, but it gets pretty hot here at night. It would be perfect if it wasn't, but it's enough to wake me up in a sweat and drop it quite often in the middle of the night. .
