My cat was only at home but now we have a cat door and we have started letting them outside freely. Within 6 months he became quite ill with a respiratory and eye infection. I took him to the vet and he was given antibiotics for his breathing problems and eye drops for his eye infection. Bill's feline Health Defense powder supplement (also on Amazon) Of course the antibiotics and eye drops definitely helped him, but the cure rate was noticeably faster when I gave him these supplements. But to be honest I have no way of knowing what kind of treats, powdered supplements or medications they are, but I think these treats are helping. Putting eye drops on a cat is not easy so I'll admit that after day 4 I didn't give him a full 7 day eye drop treatment, I gave him more of these treats and cut his eye drops in half because they are smaller became. really stressful for him and now 9 days after the vet his health is almost 100%, i think that without these treats and other supplements his healing process would have taken twice as long. I would give 5 stars but these treats are really dry and don't even smell. The cat didn't even try to eat it, just sniffed it and left. But they break apart very easily and I had to crumble them up and hide them in his regular food and he didn't seem to mind and ate his food normally. I will continue to give him this as a preventive measure. Also, he was in isolation/did not go outside after the vet so I could keep a close eye on him and fully observe the healing process.
