I am a cautious buyer and I read reviews carefully before I hit the buy button. But was impacted by the overwhelming amount of positive feedback. Well guess what happened to me. The device arrived, I plugged it into my computer to try it out and after about an hour of experimenting I unplugged it from the computer. I then tried to unplug the USB cable from the device and it quickly got stuck. I pulled a little harder and the entire USB 3.0 connector ripped out of the device, still connected to the USB cable. The USB cable now has a torn USB connector - small copper wires hanging down. And in the device itself, in the plastic case, there is a hole where the socket used to be. I returned the Revain device for a refund. No, I don't want to be replaced.
