At first I really liked this mattress, really liked it. It was just the right firmness, well breathable and overall very comfortable. As our first foam mattress, we were pleased. I particularly liked how it absorbs movement so getting up or moving around during the night doesn't get in the way of your bedfellow. When it arrived it was well packaged and was easy to take home. We opened it up and it slowly inflated to its full size. After a few minutes, we couldn't even detect any significant outgassing or smells. Then why am I unhappy? We had it less than five years and it lost all support. It went from regular to super soft and gave me all kinds of back pain. When you sit on it, you will feel a deep depression forming in your body and you will fall down immediately. We flipped it and even went so far as to sleep on the back (bottom) of the mattress. Nothing helps. There is one more tolerable place, right in the middle of the bed, where none of us sleeps, which is not a possible solution. So I contacted the company as they claim to have a warranty. They told me it must have a 1 inch deviation on the surface to be considered defective. I was told to put the broom across the bed and use a ruler to show the floor. Unfortunately, without weight, it bounces enough that you can't show any deflection. But once you put your weight on it, it just stops being supported. The company offered no help or relief. In short I am disappointed in the durability of the mattress and the support from the company. The guarantee is a scam and has no value. Go to a more reputable company if you need a mattress that will last more than a few years.
