I installed my new black cartridge first as it was very low. Right after the installation, small red dots started appearing on my pages. I thought it was related, but now I think it was just bad timing. The magenta cartridge was also running low (though not as low as the black) so I replaced it too (also from that combo pack) and the problem went away. Looks like we can go now! I really appreciate that there are toner manufacturers that sell their cartridges at a reasonable price and not cheap HP prices!
