Let us down when it mattered most.
I just completed a 3 day survival program and relied on it to help prevent hypothermia. We had one person who couldn't regulate their body temperature so we took steps to keep them warm. Needless to say, NONE of these heaters worked! Instead, we boiled water and heated little rags. I have been using the HotHands brand for many years and have never had a problem. I am completely disappointed in these body warmers and hope it was just a bad batch or batch.
