Excellent moisturizing eye cream
I really like this eye cream. I use it in the morning, it absorbs quickly and looks great under makeup - it doesn't flake or stick. Moisturizes before the skin under the eyes has dried under makeup, not now. As for the whitening, I'm not sure as I also use retinol eye cream at night, but it definitely moisturizes.
