First, let me say that I'm no expert on mask testing, just an ordinary American who experiences a pandemic every day. I've tried many different brands and styles of masks over the past few months and have found the KF94 to be the most comfortable. The brand I've been using since May is listed below. It's quite expensive so I decided to give this brand a try and as soon as I unwrapped one I knew the whole box was going to come back. The mask fits comfortably, the straps are not tight but sufficient to hold the mask on the face. What I immediately noticed when I first touched the mask was how thin the material is. I've compared it to several cheap surgical masks and it seems thinner than many 3-ply masks. It's like the tissue paper you wrap wine bottles in for Christmas presents. The brand below appears to be about 3x thicker and higher quality. I also received the KN95 box linked below and the material seems very nice and thick.
