Good day ! I hasten to leave my review about the Serta astoria mattress, which was purchased from Askona! The contract for the purchase was drawn up on 01/16/22 contract IM - 810727. The mattress was purchased with an Askona protective cover, which gives an additional 30 year warranty! The essence of the problem of this mattress: a year later, the mattress failed! The mattress complied with all the rules of operation, and the bed fully meets the standards! Contacting the support team, they sent me a template with the next steps! Having revealed the marriage, he sent photos, to which they answered that the failure was acceptable and offered me a harder mattress cover))) to which I of course did not agree! Then a specialist visit was scheduled. The specialist who arrived at the place after 3 days, after looking at the bases and making sure that it was even, said that the mattress should be wrinkled and left! I note that he did not measure the distance between the lamellas! And it is 8 mm, except for the last pair, which is in the legs, the photo of which was sent according to the template! As a result of the conclusion of the examination, the answer was such that a violation was revealed to the buyer, namely, the distance between the lamellas exceeds 8 mm! I do not recommend this company and its products, as they do not monitor the quality and violate consumer rights! As a result, I will turn to other authorities!
