I don't understand why people complained.
It works great for me! My friend has one that lasts for days - with full use - without having to recharge his controller. That's why I bought it. I can go days without a charger and have no issues with the "two-hour battery life". It also helps me make sure my controllers are in their intended area so I don't lose them again.
