It was a great product at first. The candles looked great (for the first 4 hours or so). As soon as you press anything other than "Power" on the remote, the candles start flashing in a strange order, no matter how many times you try to turn them off manually or change settings on the remote. If you get 3 or more in a row, it's like a runway in an airport. They start flashing down the line and it never goes back to normal. A candle arrived with no bottom and no battery at all. After about 4 hours, the brightness of the candles decreased significantly. I've added a photo showing the difference between a brand new candle and one that has been burning for 4 hours. I was so excited about it but it was too good to be true. I think it's also worth noting that the remote turned my TV's volume up and down as I turned the candles on and off. This isn't the company's fault due to the frequency of the waves the two remotes use, but I'd like to know about this issue in advance.
