Good quality, very nice skirt.
I really liked this skirt, I bought it for a 50's themed father-daughter dance. The quality is good and strong. My daughter is 8 years old, she will be 9 in 2 weeks and I am 7-8 years old. The waist was still a little big, I had to trim it down with needles, but my daughter is very thin. she loved it!
