I received this product specifically for use with iPod nano and for testing with Rocksmith. I use bass and the latency between playing and hearing the bass is minimal and not enough to bother me. I am very happy with this item. I had to turn the bass level down to 85% in Rocksmith to keep the sound from distorting. After that, the tone became nice and clean. I use this transmitter connected to my laptop and my bluetooth headset is shure rmce-bt2 with se-215 headphones. 1/4 note. When used with uptempo songs that use 1/8th and 16th notes, the delaying becomes more obvious and can confuse you while playing.
