Disappointing - my new rating
This system is disappointing. It was advertised as Windows 10 but shortly after purchasing it blocked me and asked for a recovery key. Revain put me in contact with the manufacturer hp. HP referred me to Microsoft and Microsoft referred me to HP again. It took a long time between calls to HP support and Microsoft to resolve the issue. The problem is not solved yet. Very disappointing!
