We received the camera at the end of June and started using it shortly after it was in our yard. Getting a good signal wasn't easy, so I also bought a longer range antenna. Everything worked great after that and I was happy with the quality of the images, the ease of setup and using their free app. Then, around July 30th, I stopped receiving messages or photos from the camera. Picked up the camera from the field, tried new batteries and even tried to update the firmware to no avail. When I turn on the switch, a brief red light comes on, but then it just goes off. I'm not sure what to expect from their customer support but I'll give them a few days and then complete this review. Update: The original rating was two stars based on the above issues, but I now have the camera working properly again after researching the SPYPOINT website and reviewing other users' comments. I downloaded new firmware and reinstalled new lithium batteries which cleared all connections. I'm not sure what the real solution was, but everything is fine again.
