The bandage provides support to the joint, leaving the palm free. It can be used for preventive and therapeutic purposes. The duration of daily wearing of the bandage should be in accordance with the prescription of your doctor. But despite all the ease of use, the product also has contraindications. It is NOT recommended to wear an orthosis after applying warming substances (cream, ointment) to the skin. I find it difficult to answer what this is fraught with, but for some reason this contraindication is very "settled" in my head. Caring for the product is very easy. It can be: - wash in cool water (I washed it by hand, I don’t know about machine wash); -Wring out the wet bandage and leave to dry. IT IS FORBIDDEN!!! -use bleach when washing - dry clean -iron - do not dry on heaters or near them I spent 1.5 months in it (having managed to give birth). He helped me a lot, because without him there was a terrible pain in the joint with any movement of the brush. And with him, I could calmly take care of the newborn and even carry her in my arms as much as I and she wanted. Quite a lot of time has already passed (3 years), but from time to time I resort to the help of an orthosis and it always helps me a lot. Helps not to feel pain and enjoy life.
