I use a Bio-Element decongestant cleanser and then this moisturizer. My skin still feels refreshed and very clean after application. It doesn't leave a sticky, greasy residue like other moisturizers. It doesn't leave your skin super hydrated, but it does give it enough moisture to keep you feeling comfortable and clean. This is a gel based moisturizer and has the consistency of aloe vera gel. A little goes a long way and is easily rubbed and absorbed into the skin. This is an honest review and the Bioelements decongestant cleanser is also the best I have ever used.
