Review on 🐠 biOrb CLASSIC 15 Aquarium with LED - Silver, 4 Gallon by Abby Libbett

Nice but not worth the money.

I bought this aquarium because I didn't want an ugly fish tank in the living room, big box with a big dark hood etc. So I spent a lot of money on a 4 gallon fish tank and spent more money on one too decor biorba. It contained a total of $200. Petsmart has fine (not ugly or tasteless) aquariums for $50-60. It was easy to assemble (like YouTube because the instructions suck!) but the shape of the sphere made it difficult for me to decorate, but I managed. The gravel that comes with it and some of the decor they sell to get in ended up killing my fish. The rocks look like large "lava rocks" rather than fine gravel or river rocks. They are serrated and vary in size. Beautiful and I thought nothing of them being in the tank. And one of the decorative pieces I got was a spiked, free-floating bowl that sits at the bottom of the tank. Again I wasn't thinking of buying, if it was something they sold for aquariums I figured it was safe. But a piece of food got stuck in the spiked bowl and my fish went after it and it must have swam up and hit the gravel where it was going to get it in the spiked ball that landed on it. The next day I found it between big rocks and a ball stuck on it. Dead :( When I got the new fish I had to get all the new decorations to get in. While the other decorations were fixed so they wouldn't float freely, they weren't silky plants and there wasn't much room inside the globe for them and i was worried it would get stuck and tangled in them so the $80 i spent on the expensive decor that comes in this tank (2 weeks ago) is no longer being used because i am Concerned about safety I ended up getting the whole new decor for only $13 compared to almost $80 I spent on the Biorb decor.
