Be mindful of where your toilet is
I put this on my semi-bathroom toilet and since my toilet is clearly visible from the doorstep I'm concerned that the 'motion detector' is causing the light burn longer than necessary, reducing battery life. I find myself constantly closing the bathroom door to dim the light. Placing it on the opposite side of the toilet, facing the wall, defeats the purpose of motion detection. Ultimately, this isn't a bad product, but remember where your toilet is in relation to the door for it to work. Don't force the light to stay on all the time or turn it on unnecessarily.
