To begin, the light fixtures gave the impression of being classy and refined when viewed on the website; nevertheless, when they were delivered, they appeared to be of low quality and manufactured with substandard materials. The outdoor lighting fixtures, which were supposed to be durable but ended up being anything but, did not live up to their expectations. The materials that were employed were fragile, and the fittings were not designed to withstand the severe weather that was experienced. The team of customer support representatives did not assist me in resolving my issues. They did not respond to my questions and did not have the necessary product knowledge to be of assistance to me in making an informed decision about the things I intended to purchase. My irritation was compounded by the fact that the shipping procedure was drawn out and that the products arrived in a damaged state. In addition, the return procedure was not clear, and I had to put in a significant amount of time and effort in order to successfully return the products. The procedure for the refund was drawn out, and I was obliged to follow up on it on numerous occasions in order to receive my money. In conclusion, my experience with Sogrand Online Store was unsatisfactory, and I would not suggest the company to anyone looking to purchase high-quality materials for home repair.
