Review on Powerful 38000VPM Electric Toothbrush: Waterproof Design for Effective Oral Hygiene by Randy Robinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I tried the sonic toothbrush for the first time and it's different

I've never had a sonic toothbrush. I felt the difference to a normal toothbrush after the first use. It seemed to me that I had a good cleaning at the dentist's office (which I really like). It is of good quality and makes a durable impression. It is very strong, well built and longer than a regular toothbrush. It's 9.75 inches (with attachment) versus 7.25 inches for my regular toothbrush. Brush attachment Two brush attachments are included. The head is easy to put on to ensure a good fit. There will be a small gap between the brush head and the main body. This is intentional (according to the instructions). I didn't realize it and kept trying to push it further down. The brush head does not detach during use, but can be removed for easy cleaning. Modes The brush has 5 modes (vibration patterns). You will definitely feel the difference. I don't know if there are different effects as you use them, or if it's just a matter of finding the template you're most comfortable with. It also saves your last mode in memory and returns to it the next time you brush your teeth (if you let the timer expire). To change modes, simply press and release the power button until the desired mode is selected. It really helps that the modes are labeled and actually light up so you don't have to guess what mode you're in. Intensity Each mode also has 5 different intensity levels. This is where the instructions get a bit confusing. By confusing I mean they are wrong. The instructions state that you wait 5 seconds and then press the toggle button (which is the mode/power button) to change the intensity. If you do this, it will simply turn off. Instead, after turning it on and entering your desired mode, hold the button to change the intensity. It will cycle through all five. You'll feel it change, but the mode name will also light up a bit brighter as you get more intense. . It threw me into a dead end until I figured out what he was doing. So do not worry. As far as I can tell there is no way to turn it off. Others Someone also mentioned that the head is so small that it is only good for children. It is slightly smaller than a normal manual toothbrush. about 3/4 length. It's big enough that I wouldn't mistake it for a kid's-only toothbrush. The instructions mention not getting the USB connection wet and wiping the connection if it gets wet. So you probably can't shower. Finally it was fully charged. Haven't had it long enough to see how long a charge lasts, but it still lasts a week. Contains: - Toothbrush body - Two soft bristle heads - Charger - Charging cable with extra brush head - 5 modes (vibration patterns) - 5 intensity levels for each mode - Two minute timer (if you like it) - Remembers the last mode / vibrate (if let you turn the timer off) - Name display so you know what mode you're in - Intensity level indicator light - Feels solid and well made - Arrives fully charged Cons - Two minute timer - I got that directed out like a pro and it might be for some but for me I wish I could turn it off. - No suitcase. However, it comes in a nice travel box. Conclusion This is my first sonic toothbrush and I will never go back to a manual one. This one sold me. If you're in the market, don't hesitate. Hope that helps.
