Please note the photo was taken on the very first day I brought Maya home from the shelter. I put it on because she was in the bath. After that, she never used it again, although I tried placing it in different spots and luring it with treats. I was disappointed because it was very thin. I think even calling it a "mat" is generous. It's nice and the surface material is nice, it's just that there's no padding. I love how it transforms (and found it very easy to convert) but in the end I was stunned by all the great reviews, especially considering the high price.
