It was working fine until about a month and a half ago when I noticed a line in my documents was printing. The problem gradually got worse, and shaking the cartridge slightly did not solve the problem. I would appreciate if the support service could help me to solve this problem. EDIT: I was able to contact support and they fixed the issue immediately. Thank you!
