I like how easy it was for me, as someone who's not tech savvy at all (I'm very computer illiterate),to set up my account with them so that they can send out emails automatically from within their system! The only thing about this program which has been difficult in getting used to are some of the features you have access too when using your own domain rather than just having @unrolledme or other free services such as gmail etcetera - but once again if anyone isn't familiar enough woth computers then there will be issues regardless!! It does what its supposed to do-it sends automatic reminders via SMS /email/phone calls through whichever service provider we choose depending upon our settings.-and best part? No more forgetting important events & anniversaries because now everything comes back into one place where.
